The defendant tried to capitalize on the victim’s amnesia by claiming that she was not driving at the time of the accident. With the help of expert witnesses, the plaintiff was able to demonstrate that the nature of the collision damage and the David’s final position proved that Ms. Boaz was the driver of the vehicle. Aitken, Aitken and Cohn secured a trial verdict providing nearly seven million dollars in compensation to the victim in this “whodunit� personal injury case.
