• A passenger in an automobile

Car accidents often are caused by factors in addition to the carelessness of recklessness of drivers. For instance, automobile accidents may be caused by:

A repair person. As such, the person who improperly repaired the automobile, resulting in an injury, may also be liable.

An intoxicated driver. In such instances, a bar or social host may be liable for server and obviously intoxicated guest who then drives and causes injury.
