At this time, plaintiff, Ilse M., was traveling southeast along Via Del Rio with a green traffic signal for through traffic. Defendant failed to yield to Plaintiff\u2019s approaching vehicle and continued with her left hand turn. Defendant slammed into the driver&#8217;s side door of plaintiff&#8217;s vehicle and thereby caused it to rollover.
