\u201cFrom multimillion-dollar settlements to an appellate court reversal of a summary judgement, Aitken\u2019s recent victories continue a tradition of bringing a personal approach to helping victims.\u201d It is this personal approach, remarkable skill, and steadfast dedication that has earned Aitken Aitken Cohn Founding Partner Wylie Aitken the title of being one of the\u00a0Top Plaintiff Lawyers in California for 2017.<\/strong><\/p>\n This is the third year in a row that Wylie has been named to the exclusive list. In last year\u2019s issue<\/a>, Wylie was heralded for his superior negotiating skills, and the year before that<\/a>, Wylie shared his greatest accomplishment: practicing alongside his daughter, Ashleigh, and sons, Darren and Christopher.<\/p>\n This year, the focus shifted to Wylie\u2019s recent casework as well as his philanthropic work in the community. He shared the story that made national headlines where his previous client, Marty O\u2019Connor, received a well-earned MBA from Chapman University\u2019s Argyros School of Business, and Marty\u2019s mother, Judy, who attended every class with him, was surprised with an honorary degree.
