Plaintiff #1 was driving her 2012 Toyota Camry in the #2 lane in the City of Rancho Cucamonga, County of San Bernardino, State of California. After stopping for a red traffic signal, Plaintiff #1 proceeded into the intersection on a green traffic signal. Suddenly and without warning, Defendant negligently crashed into the driver\u2019s side of plaintiffs\u2019 vehicle. Plaintiff #2 was a seat belted passenger in the vehicle driven by her daughter Plaintiff #1. As a result of the impact, Plaintiffs\u2019 vehicle was pushed through the intersection and collided into the rear of another vehicle stopped in the #2 left turn lane.<\/p>\n<h2>FINAL RESULT:<\/h2>\n<p>$530,000 Settlement (Policy Limits)<\/p>\n<p>Officers investigating the collision concluded that defendant. caused this collision by violating California Vehicle Code Section 21453(a), which states in part, \u201cA driver facing a steady circular red signal alone shall stop at a marked limit line, but if none, before entering the crosswalk on the near side of the intersection.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>TYPE OF CASE:<\/h2>\n<p>Auto v.
