On October 11, 2013, Paul Michelena, a resident of San Clemente, was struck and killed by a car in the Ralph’s Grocery Store parking lot located on El Camino Real, at the intersection of Barcelona, in the City of San Clemente. Paul Michelena is survived by his wife, Lisa, and his children, Frankie (16), Jean-Luc (14) and Chani (11). Paul was walking in the parking lot of the Ralph’s grocery store with his daughter, Chani, when the incident occurred. Christopher & Wylie Aitken of Aitken*Aitken*Cohn have been retained to investigate the matter and represent the family.
As indicated by a recent newspaper article by the Orange County Register, the death of Paul Michelena has led to a parking lot debate in the City of San Clemente.
