Aitken Redesign

Darren O. Aitken, Partner at Aitken*Aitken*Cohn, will be speaking at The Children’s Law Symposium sponsored by the Orange County Bar Association and Whittier Law School on Friday, November 1, 2013. This day long symposium includes a variety of renowned judges and attorneys presenting on topics that address the essentials of representing children’s interests. Attendees are given a unique opportunity to learn about the various laws affecting children’s rights, such as probate law, dependency law, and special education. Darren Aitken’s presentation will focus on representing a minor for an injury claim, and will specifically highlight such topics as the Guardian ad Litem procedure, Petitions for Minor’s Compromise, and unique laws governing actions on behalf of children.
