Aitken Redesign

In celebration for receiving a unanimous verdict from the jury this past week, Aitken Aitken Cohn raised a glass to toast Atticus Wegman for all his hard work representing a client who was struck while crossing the street. Defendant argued that our client shared in the fault because she only saw a doctor a limited amount of times for soft tissue injuries since the accident. After a three day trial in Orange County Superior Court, the jury found 12-0 that Defendant was at fault for the incident. They awarded our client over 10 times the Defendant’s request during closing argument. The sweeping verdict is testament to not only Wegman’s expert litigation skills but the entire team here at Aitken Aitken Cohn.
