FINAL RESULT: $195,000 settlement
Plaintiff contends that the cause of the accident was the sole cause of defendant who was driving her vehicle in violation of California Vehicle Code Section 21801 “Unsafe Left Turn.” Defendant was driving under a learner’s permit under her mother’s supervision at the time of the collision. Defendant ultimately conceded liability prior to Defendant’s deposition.

PLAINTIFF’S INJURIES: Plaintiff sustained orthopedic injuries, including right knee fracture; right shoulder pain; left knee multiligamentous injury; and left hand fractures.
