The firm also enjoys a long-standing record of volunteering at community events and supporting local non-profit organizations. Extra employee perks include annual firm-wide outings, receiving flowers/wine on birthdays, and office pools for the Oscars and the NFL season.

The awards program was created in 2009 and is a project of the Orange County Business Journal and Best Companies Group. It was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Orange County, benefiting the county’s economy, its workforce and businesses.

The ranking of the winning organizations was released via a special section of the Orange County Business Journal’s July 25 issue.
