Aitken Aitken Cohn Becomes Team Maureen for Breast Cancer Run

For the third year in a row, Aitken Aitken Cohn put on our jogging shoes and went out to support Maureen Aitken, wife of partner Chris Aitken, and all of the breast cancer survivors and families at the Orange County Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure 2016 event in Newport Beach this weekend! Among the many who attended were Wylie Aitken, Bette Aitken, Chris Aitken, Ashleigh Aitken, and Michael Penn.

Not even the scorching heat could bring down the spirits of all of us who came out to run/walk in the annual 5k. Just two years ago, Maureen Aitken underwent her final treatments for breast cancer and came out a survivor! This past weekend, Maureen placed second out of all of the survivors in the 945 am race. We are all incredibly proud of her accomplishment and are inspired by her incredible resilience, courage and strength.
