Casey Johnson Honored with the “Be the Change” Award

Aitken Aitken Cohn partner Casey Johnson was recently awarded with the “Be the Change” award at the 2nd Annual Diversity & Inclusion Unity in Service Celebration!

The special awards ceremony took place on September 5, 2018 and was hosted by the Chapman University Fowler School of Law and Crowell & Moring, in collaboration with the Thurgood Marshall Bar Association, Diversity & Social Justice Forum, OC Lavender Bar Association, Hispanic Bar of OC, Veterans Legal Institute, OC Asian American Bar, Iranian American Bar, OC Women Lawyers, among many others.

As chairperson of the CAOC Diversity Committee, past president of the OC Lavendar Bar Association, Casey was honored for his commitment and service to promoting diversity in the legal community. Fellow honorees at the event included the Honorable Halim Dhanidina, Rick McNeil, L. Song Richardson, Karina Gutierrez, and Sylvia Kim.
