Grace Abe

Law Clerk

Grace Abe is a law clerk at Aitken Aitken Cohn, assisting attorneys with case preparation, drafting demand letters, and reviewing medical records for personal injury cases. She provides support across the firm, assisting with investigation of matters, including gathering and compiling facts and other information relevant to cases.

Grace is currently enrolled at Chapman University School of Law, where she is a staff editor for the Chapman Law Review, a member of the Moot Court team, and an academic fellow in Torts, a role that complements her hands-on experience in personal injury law at the firm.

“I wanted to gain practical experience at a law firm while in law school, and Aitken Aitken Cohn has been the perfect place to learn,” Grace says. “Everyone has been so welcoming and helpful as I navigate new legal tasks like reviewing medical records and drafting case materials.”

Grace was drawn to the firm because of its supportive culture and collaborative environment. “Working here allows me to contribute meaningfully while learning from experienced attorneys,” she adds.

Outside of work and school, Grace enjoys practicing yoga and reading.
