Diana Lorenzana

Paralegal

Diana Lorenzana, Paralegal for Michael Penn and Wiley Aitken, joined Aitken*Aitken*Cohn in 2020, following 15 years in Commercial & Residential Real Estate, Transactional, and Corporate law. After earning her diploma as a legal administrative assistant and beginning her professional career, she went on to earn her paralegal certification and truly found her passion in civil litigation. Diana performs a wide range of roles at AAC but focuses on providing end-to-end support for the attorneys during cases— from opening through investigation, litigation, and closing. In addition to the joy she finds in helping clients, Diana loves the legal process, which is always new and exciting; it continually inspires her curiosity, offers more to learn, and keeps her motivated. She is a member of numerous professional organizations, including NALA-The Paralegal Association, Legal Professionals Inc., and the Orange County Legal Professional Association. Outside work, she loves road trips and spending time with friends and family. Diana speaks English and Spanish.
