Most recently, Aitken Aitken Cohn trial team Chris Aitken, Megan Demshki, and Wylie Aitken were named finalists for Consumer Attorneys of California’s 2021 Consumer Attorney of the Year Award in recognition of the $11 million settlement secured in Ruehle vs. Chavez. This case aimed to hold a political party accountable in the catastrophic injury case.
Aitken Aitken Cohn’s Megan Demshki was honored with the 2022 Street Fighter of the Year Award during Consumer Attorneys of California’s Palm Springs seminar.
