Bette Aitken Recently Honored for Philanthropy

Aitken Aitken & Cohn prides itself on its commitment to the community. Recently, Bette Aitken was honored for her contributions as a civic leader.  Her extensive charitable activities over the years have included being Co-Chair for The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric Aids Foundation “World of Heroes,” Board Member of the California State University, Fullerton Special Games, and Board Member for Paint Your Heart Out Anaheim.

Philanthropy She has also been a key supporter of the arts in Orange County by serving as a member of both The South Coast Repertory Gala Committee (2001 to present) and The Orange County Performing Arts Center’s “Angels of the Arts.” She is also involved with Women in Leadership and Laura’s House. For all these contributions to the community, Bette was honored by Orange Coast Magazine’s Book of Lists as one of the Top 10 Philanthropists in Orange County. These top women have been recognized for opening their hearts and checkbooks for worthy causes.
