As a proud gold sponsor of the Public Law Center’s 2012 Volunteers for Justice dinner held on June 19th, several members of Aitken * Aitken * Cohn enjoyed an inspiring keynote presentation by Justice Goodwin Liu, Associate Justice, California Supreme Court, and joined many others in recognizing this year’s honorees:  Mayte Santacruz Benavidez (Attorney of the Year), Orange County Bar Association and OCBA Charitable Fund (Community Partner of the Year), and Snell & Wilmer, L.L.P. (Law Firm of the Year).  The Public Law Center  is committed to providing access to justice for low income residents by providing free civil legal services, including counseling, individual representation, community education, and strategic litigation and advocacy to challenge societal injustices.
