The Aitken Family Acknowledged for their Philanthropic Leadership
June 26, 2015
The Aitken family is on a hot streak being recognized for their extensive involvement in the community. In the past year alone, they have been named Chapman University’s 2014 Citizen of the Year as well as the Constitutional Rights Foundation’s 2015 Community Partner of the Year.
Now adding to their list of awards, Wylie, Bette, Chris, Darren, and Ashleigh were invited to a very special luncheon. The Aegis Group and the Timpe Group of Morgan Stanley presented the Aitken family with their first-ever “Aegis Award of Philanthropy.” The award and luncheon celebrated the Aitkens’ philanthropic efforts in the community.
More than 100 people were in attendance, including representatives from local nonprofit agencies and the attorneys that frequently work with them. Special guest, Congresswoman Loretta Sanchez, helped present the Aitken family with the award.
As a law firm specializing in representing the victims of serious personal injury, Aitken Aitken Cohn recognizes the incredible service our local nonprofit agencies provide to our communities. We thank the Aegis and Timpe Group at Morgan Stanley for the honor and look forward to many more years supporting our community.
