Aitken Aitken Cohn Retained to Represent Student Critically Injured in Anaheim Hills School Bus Crash

On April 24, 2014 an Orange Unified School District bus traveling from El Rancho Charter Middle School suddenly veered from the roadway and onto an embankment where it collided with a tree.  The collision occurred along Nohl Ranch Road not far from the Anaheim Hills Golf Course.  Bus driver Gerald Rupple and the 11 passengers on the bus suffered injuries.  Aitken Aitken Cohn has been retained by the family of a student critically injured in the crash.

The safe transportation of children and students in our neighborhoods is a matter of primary concern.  We will marshal our firm’s resources to conduct a thorough investigation into the collision and support authorities to closely examine the cause behind this terribly unfortunate incident.  It is our sincere hope that our legal expertise and advocacy in transportation safety matters will help better improve the safety of all in our community.
