CASE DESCRIPTION: On January 17, 2011 around 7:55 a.m., our client, Alexander M. was riding his green 2003 Kawasaki Ninja X6RR, southbound in the #1 lane of Harvard as he approached the intersection with Alton in the City of Irvine, he proceeded through the green light. Suddenly and without warning, a red 2005 Honda Element driven by Winston Y., traveled through the red traffic signal westbound on Alton causing a traumatic collision. As a result of the impact, Alexander was thrown from his motorcycle and suffered serious injuries.

INJURIES: Left forearm and hand – displaced fracture distal radius left wrist and left forearm; dorsal dislocation of the ulnar left wrist; 4th and 5th metacarpal base fracture malunion; carpal tunnel syndrome. Contusions/abrasions on hands, left shoulder and groin.
