Earlier this month, Aitken Aitken Cohn was honored to sponsor the 2018 CAOC/CAOIE/OCTLA Palm Springs Seminar once again. In addition to sponsoring this premier Inland Empire legal event, our attorneys were honored to have been asked to speak at the event.
Partner Wylie Aitken presented in the Masters: Persuasion class on “What Trial Lawyers Can Learn From “Mad Men” and Madison Avenue”, sharing different ways in which lawyers can use marketing tactics to win their cases in the courtroom.
Palm Springs Seminar Committee Member and Aitken Aitken Cohn Partner Casey Johnson shared his best tips and tricks in “Effectively Deposing Defendants”, and Partner Darren Aitken spoke on the government tort issue of “Overcoming Design Immunity”.
Furthermore, attorney Megan Demshki moderated the panel “Trial Tricks from the Trenches”.
