Congratulations to Atticus Wegman Whose Scholarly Work was Recently Selected for Publication by the University of San Francisco Law Review!

Atticus Wegman concluded his research in an area of law that has recently garnered much national attention–cyberbullying. This article comes at a crucial time when people are beginning to realize the serious, and in some cases life-threatening issues which come from cyberbullying.  In addition to representing those injured due to the fault of others, Atticus took interest and began delving into the issue of the criminalization of cyberbullying on the state and national levels.  Atticus explains “The article provides an overview of the psychological, criminal, and jurisdictional issues associated with cyberbullying.  It also addresses the invasion of technology in our lives and its effect on the bullying.”  Atticus’s article titled “Cyberbullying and California’s Response” can be found in the Spring 2013 issue of the University of San Francisco Law Review 47 U.S.F. L.Rev. 737 (2013).
