CASE DESCRIPTION: On Wednesday, February 22, 2012, around 10:32(am), Scott M. was driving his 1994 Gray Toyota pick-up truck southbound on Rimpau Avenue. While Scott was traveling on a green traffic signal through the intersection with Ontario Avenue, Defendant, Peter S., turned left in front of him suddenly and without warning causing a head-on collision. Peter received a citation for violation of California Vehicle Code Section 21453(C), failure to stop at red arrow.
