OCBJ Names Aitken Aitken Cohn One of the Best Places to Work

Competing against the thousands of exceptional companies located in Orange County, including technology, fashion, and hospitality giants, we are incredibly honored to be recognized as a firm that creates a culture that encourages, empowers, and supports all of its members.

When asked what the secret to creating a positive work environment is, Partner Chris Aitken explains, “Being the best place to work has as much to do with the culture of the firm as it does with our mission of serving those who need it most.” Staff members often cite the enormous satisfaction they receive by being able to fight on behalf of truly deserving clients. The awards program was created in 2009 and is a project of the Orange County Business Journal and Best Companies Group. It was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Orange County, benefiting the county’s economy, its workforce and businesses.
