CASE DESCRIPTION: February 5, 2009, Mr. Brandon F. was driving his brother, Garrett F.’s vehicle, a 1994 Acura Integra. Brandon was traveling southbound on Brea Canyon Road just north of the Los Angeles and Orange County line. Suddenly, and without warning, Cynthia C. who was traveling northbound on Brea Canyon Road, lost control of her vehicle, crossed over the double yellow parallel lines that separate the northbound lanes and southbound lanes, and collided with the front of Brandon’s vehicle.

RESULTS: $160,000.00
