Darren Aitken Speaks at Last Month’s OCTLA Education Program

_DSC0250At Aitken Aitken Cohn, our attorneys constantly stay relevant and involved in the legal community.

Last month, Partner Darren Aitken and the Honorable Judge Ronald Bauer were asked to present an in-depth discussion on the rulings on Corenbaum  v. Lampkin and Ochoa v. Dorado, and how those rulings can impact fellow attorneys’ cases at trial. Two major topics they covered in their presentation were implications on recovery of past and future medical expenses, and trial strategies for introducing medical care costs.

The presentation was organized by the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association (OCTLA) which offers monthly educational programs taught by prominent attorneys, judges, appellate court justices and other professionals who assist trial lawyers in winning cases.

Check out some of the other events at which our attorneys have been asked to speak in the past year including: CAOIE Palm Springs Seminar, the 15th Annual Neuroscience of Brain Injury Conference, local Law School Presentations, and community Legal Panels.
